【写作指导】
1．仔细审题，确定表达信息。
本文属于日记类应用文写作。文章要求叙述旅游观光的行程，描述各景点内容，可以按照行程以及参观景点的先后顺序展开写作。另外，本写作要用第一人称，时态以过去时态为主。
日记应主要包括如下要点：1）旅行方式以及旅游地点一一罗马，并对其进行整体介绍；2)参观的三个景点的描述一一国立博物馆、凯旋门、圆形竞技场等；3)表达自己的感受和计划。
2．选词组句，表达信息。
写作过程中可以参考如下词汇和句式结构：
1)信息表达词汇。如：描述景点的词语：beautiful，precious；a symbol of，be well known for，splendid，be worth等；表达游人感受的词语：be attracted by , be struck by，prefer to，I really think等；客观描述地理事物的词语：be situated in the middle ; a long history等。
2)向式结构。为使用有限的文字描述美丽的景点，也为了提高表达的质量，写作过程中要尽量多地使用复杂的句式结构，如：
1. 用含有时间状语从句的复合句表达“抵达地点以及感受”：I was attracted by the beauty of the city the moment we arrived the there at 7 o’clock in the morning by plane．
2. 用过去分词短语作状语，表达地点，并用定语从句补充说明其悠久的历史：Situated in the middle of the Italia Peninsula , Rome is well known for its cultural relics which have been there for a long history of 2，500 years．
用定语从句补充说明参观景点后的感受和收获：In the morning we visited' Museo Nazionale Romano, where I enjoyed many precious and beautiful sculptures.以及we had a chance to visit the symbol of Rome, Colosseo, which is very beautiful in the setting sun.等。
3)篇章结构中的过渡与衔接词语。如：therefore，first ，then , finally , but等。

【写作指导】
旅游景点的描写应该属于介绍类说明文，写好这类文章，这对于我们平时对于介绍给亲朋好友一个你比较熟悉的地方时是很有帮助的，在写作时要注意下列问题：
1．不宜以跟介绍一下景点的历史、特色、以及它在当地的一个地位①Today I will tell you some information about Sichuan Province’s travelling. Sichuan Province, ②which capital city is Chengdu, lies in the southwest of china and covers an area of about 485,000 square kilometers.

③ interests →interest。place of interest 作为一个复合名词，意思为“名胜”，它的中心词是place，因此复数形式应该是places of interest。只有表示性别的这类复合名词，例如：woman doctor ，其复数形式才为women doctors 。
④这个句子写得很好，既出现了句式结构be known for、so…that …， 还用到了whose引导的非限制性定语从句，可见这个同学的语言基础结构不错。
⑤ The other→Another。
⑥ a→an。尽管这个地方由于失误出错，但是很好地用到了play part in 这个短语。
⑦In a word ，起到了承上启下和最后总结的作用。
⑧ 使用了“make sth.+形容词作宾补”这个结构。

4．本文的时态主要以一般现在时态为主。

这篇学生习作从总体上来看是符合写作任务的要求的。它抓住了写作任务要求谈论的问题,观点鲜明,语言也比较通顺,基本完成了写作要求。
但是,文章中也暴露出一些不足,首先,文章的结构是头大、身体小。这样,文章的重点部分,即阐明自己观点并说明原因的部分就显得非常薄弱。
其次,文章里的一些过渡做得不太好。如:第一、第二两句间过渡太仓促,如果改为:However, recently some people have said ..., 就很好了。 然后,第三句话I totally against this point of view应该是I am totally against this pressure on the Earth. Secondly, people will know more about outer space and learn Earth better by studying other planets. Finally, space exploration will help us find more solutions to Earth’s pollution problems.
In a word, exploring outer space should be encouraged and is worth the time and money we spend on it.
