[答案] think→thought 考查时态。由was, hoped和would be可知，此处叙述的是过去的事情，故用一般过去时。

[答案] your→our或the 考查代词。根据上下句语境，我们应该保护我们的环境，故改为our, 也可用定冠词the来限定。
