To whom it may concern, It would be one of my greatest pleasure, if the department concerned could help me find a candidate who meets my needs as follows: For one thing, I hope that he or she is a such （such an）ambitious student that the candidate is aim to enter the university in the future. For another thing, the distance between the city of candidate and my place is the shortest possible route in order that I can have an opportunity to visit and care about this candidate face to face in my spare time.
